• Some text and background combinations do not meet WCAG contrast requirements.
2. Keyboard Navigation
• In some places, elements (such as buttons or links) are not accessible via keyboard or lack focus indicators.
• In some places, the order of selecting interactive elements is illogical.
• Mechanisms to bypass repeated content blocks are missing (Website).
3. Screen Reader Support
• Several interactive elements and error messages lack appropriate code markup to be interpreted by assistive technologies.
• In some places, images do not provide alternative text.
• In some places, the order in which content is read is illogical.
4. Error Identification and Suggestions
• Some form fields lack clear error messages and suggestions for correction.
5. Reduced Motion Support
• Some areas contain automatically playing background videos that cannot be paused or stopped (Website).
• Some areas contain movement that cannot be paused or stopped (App).
6. Ensuring Interaction for People with Mobility Impairments (App)
• Some interactions require complex gestures to operate without providing simpler alternatives.
Planned Improvements
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our Website and Mobile App by:
• implementing improved keyboard navigation and screen reader support,
• enhancing contrast, labels, and error handling mechanisms,
• implementing motion reduction mechanisms,
• addressing other minor issues,
• conducting accessibility audits and testing.
Improvements will be implemented gradually.
